Meet your instructors.
Ashleigh and Kristen Marais are the owners of Twin-Kinetics (PTY) Ltd. They are accredited practising BioKineticists. They have worked in many areas gaining knowledge and experience in Biokinetics, BASI Pilates, fitness as well as general health and wellness. Their practice is situated in Centurion, and they offer an array of services ranging from injury rehabilitation and sports massage to Pilates, fitness and dance.
Pilates workout:
1. Biceps/ Triceps squeeze with a lunge
2. Sumo squats with heel pulses
3. Roll-down
4. Oil rigger
5. Side sequence leg lifts
6. Single leg hip lifts
7. All fours into a roll-up
8. Breathwork with side leans
