This adorable video of rhino calves asking for milk will make your day
Updated | By Lee-Roy Wright
Is this not the cutest video of baby rhino's you have ever seen?!
If there is one thing we love, it has to be baby animals.
If you don't know by now, rhino's have been at the forefront of high level protection due to the thousands of rhino's being poached every year. Numbers are not only decreasing, but more and more baby rhino's are being culled at the same time.
In a video posted by 'Rhinos In Africa', the two cuties can be seen and heard howling for milk. The high pitched howl can definitely soften up the toughest of people.
Even though the footage is cute and will warm your heart, it definitely hits home after finding out these calves are the result of their mothers being poached.
“Their mothers have all been brutally killed for their horn. These are survivors that are cared for twenty-four hours a day by a handpicked dedicated team of staff. Human contact is kept to a bare minimum so that they may one day be integrated back into a wild protected area,” said Megan - a member of the Facebook group.
