Another victim gets choked and robbed in downtown Joburg

Not so long ago, a video of a man getting robbed at Small Street Mall in Johannesburg had South Africans in shock. Now, another video has surfaced and shows another incident in downtown Johannesburg where a man was choked and robbed in broad daylight while bystanders watched in shock.

The gang looks like they targeted the man before the attack. In the video, two members of the gang first approached the victim from behind, choked him, and were soon joined by the rest of their members. The group searched the victim while bystanders stood watching in shock. When the robbers were done, they left the victim lying helpless on the pavement.

Since the viral video a few weeks ago, the JMPD have intensified patrols in the city, but it looks like gangs are still roaming the streets.
