Drinking energy drinks can cause hair loss in men: Study

Genetics play a large
role in male pattern balding, but new research says that energy drinks may
increase the problem.

A study published in the journal Nutrients provided new information on the factors affecting hair loss in men.

The study was conducted in a study population of 1,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 years old.
The researchers took into account the various factors that diet and hygiene have on hair loss and came to a remarkable conclusion about the consumption of sugary drinks and energy drinks.
The study concluded that men who consumed higher levels of sugary drinks, including energy drinks, had a higher likelihood of reporting hair loss.

The researchers say that bringing attention to this finding may help reduce sugary drink intake and improve health overall.
