Driver smashes into security guard in Sandton
A security guard was hit by a vehicle while seated on a chair on the side of the road in Morningside.
An horrific video of an accident in Morningside has emerged and we're all wondering what the driver was thinking.
A video uploaded by Isec security shows the shocking moment a Mercedes-Benz mounts a pavement and ploughs into a security guard. The incident occurred on Sunday and was captured on CCTV. The guard can be seen bouncing off the bonnet, into a wall, and miraculously managing to get up and walk away.

According to the Sandton Chronicle, the security guard is recovering well after receiving medical treatment.
