A man shared an emotional story about an encounter he had with a father at a local grocery store.
A story about kindness is spreading through social media. It involves a father who helped another father buy a toy for his crying toddler.
Mduduzi Nkombane posted the story on Facebook with this caption:
- "This got me emotional yesterday, seeing a father trying to make his crying little girl understand that he just can't afford to buy her a toy. But his child, just like most kids, wouldn't take itI just had to step in but didn't want the child to see that the money came from me. So I quickly put some money in his pockets without her noticing and winked to him. You should have seen the excitement in her faceEvery Father deserves to be a hero in their kids' eyes. Money shouldn't be a determining factor!!!"
The emotional story left many people impressed, but others complained that he shouldn't have posted his act of kindness on social media.

One person wrote: "You are very kind, however, if that were my child you had posted I'd be so mad. Because A. Did you ask for consent to post my child on social media? And B. Does the whole world need to know that I can't afford to buy my child a toy?"
"Wow. you got me all teary-eyed. God bless you and may He increase your territory and give you back 10 times more. You inspire," another Facebook user said.
