Lily Jordan shared her story on Instagram saying that she would be missing the Jonas Brothers concert over the weekend due to chemotherapy treatment. Some of her followers shared the story on their own pages until the musicians saw it.

The famous musical family then decided that they would pay her a visit before the show and the video is warming hearts all over the internet.
The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center posted the video of the trio walking into the 16-year-old's room. "We saw your messages, we had to come over," said Joe.
