Humans to live on Mars by 2025?
Updated | By Poelano Malema
According to News24, NASA is currently conducting a lot of research to make it possible for humans to live in space without depending on Earth, and they are looking at achieving this by 2025.
Recently SpaceX's Elon Musk also revealed that he is looking at taking people to Mars by 2025. “I believe is important to the future, ultimately be out there among the stars. It’s not being a single planet species and moving planets, it’s about being a multi-planet species and have life extend beyond the solar system and ultimately to other star systems. That’s the future that’s exciting. You need things like that to be glad to wake up in the morning. Life can’t just be about solving problems, they have to be inspiring and make you glad to be alive,” Musk said, according to TechCrunch.
He also added that Mars would probably be the best place to die. “If you gotta choose a place to die, then Mars is probably not a bad choice. It’s not some sort of Martian death wish,” he reportedly said at the conference.
This morning Bridget wants to know what would you take with you to Mars, especially if you knew that you were never coming back?
