This heroic Springs cop did not hesitate to help woman in labour.
Lieutenant Colonel Mandie Davel is being hailed as a hero for the role she played in helping to deliver a baby.

A distressed mother called the Springs police station for assistance after she went into labour, but she couldn’t wait for an ambulance.
Luckily for her, Lieutenant Davel was a midwife and had the experience to help deliver her baby with the help of sergeant Mofokeng.

The child and the mother were then transported to the hospital for further care and are in good health.
