A random microlight flip from Ballito turned out to be a man's only chance at survival.
A man who made good on a promise to a friend took his microlight aircraft for a flight from Ballito in Kwa Zulu-Natal to the Amatikulu area on Thursday, stumbled upon a body washed up on the beach.
In a post on Facebook, Reghard Roets shared details about the discovery and the logistics of getting the man to a medical facility close by.
