Three-year-old Ariana Young has mastered her ABCs though some awesome and inspiring affirmations - and her mother caught it all on tape.

Ariana's mom, Thara, who runs her TikTok account (55,000 followers), started posting the adorable declarations at the start of 2021. The toddler's affirming and inspirational words resulted in more than one-million views from people around the world who needed a bit of a pick-me-up.
It is safe to say that these affirmations truly resonate no matter what your age is. Many social media users even went as far as to include them in their own morning routine.
