Nike ad features the incredible 86-year-old ‘Iron Nun’

Often during life, we find all sorts of excuses not to accomplish greatness, and we allow challenges and hiccups to let us be defeated. We often let age define what we can and can’t do, but this elderly woman has proved that you are never too old to do anything.

Sister Madonna Buder was the oldest woman to ever complete an IRONMAN triathlon at age 75, and even went on to break a world record at age 82 for being the oldest IRONMAN triathlon competitor, Highsnobiety reported.
