Police threaten to shoot pregnant woman after four-year-old allegedly stole a doll

The video shows how police officers threatened to shoot the pair during a physically aggressive encounter.
This incident with the police happened after the woman’s four-year-old daughter allegedly stole a doll from a convenience store.

Videos of the incident started doing the rounds on social media and show a pregnant Iesha Harper trying to obey police orders to leave her car. Her two kids were with her.
In one video a police officer can be seen pointing a gun at the car while another screams at Harper that they are going to shoot her.

Harper can be heard telling the officers that she has her children with her and that she is pregnant, but one of the officers replies, “I don’t care, put your hands up.”
Harper and her husband, who are from Arizona, have since filed a $10 million claim against the city of Phoenix after the altercation. According to Slate, the couple says the police officers’ actions amounted to battery, unlawful imprisonment, false arrest, and a violation of their civil rights that left them with emotional distress.
