TikTok is launching its very own music streaming service

The service would allow people to buy, play, share, and create music playlists. Other features could include sharing playlists and commenting on music.
This move is not entirely unexpected because TikTok directs people to another streaming service called, Resso, from their Brazilian app.

So, while there is a precedent for such a streaming platform, it is unclear if it will be entirely new or built on the Resso framework.
