Four officials were fired after being caught on camera making a massive mistake while being filmed.

The officials pronounced an elderly man dead prematurely and placed him in a yellow body bad and wheeled him to the ambulance.
When they get to the ambulance, they open the body bag and discover that the man is still alive.

People thought the situation was kind of dystopian and commented: “The country is full of psychopaths and the scariest movies are being shown every day.”
