'Ons Sal Weer Opstaan' (Bloed In My Are) is an alternative pop-rock track written by the group members, Johan Brits and Frank Furniss, themselves and can be described as an involuntary outcry.

“We often end up having conversations about the country and politics, which end with predictions for the future. What is yours? We see a country that will rise again; a nation that will be dependent on our Heavenly Father and that is what this song is about,” says Johan.

Frank explained the inspiration behind their second single.
“The lyrics are uplifting, and we believe that the song has a prophetic message and is a creed for our nation.”
