A patient from Portugal has been getting negative feedback after he went to get surgery to make his voice deeper.

What makes the story worse is that it seems like his voice did not even become noticeably deeper.
The surgery was performed by Dr Yelken, who specialises in such surgeries. The videos of the before and after were posted on his TikTok.
