WATCH: McDonald's employees confront customer eating ‘Chicken Licken’ at McD's

Is the customer always right? Even when they bring food into your restaurant?
A customer brought food that she had allegedly bought at Chicken Licken to eat at McDonald's.
An employee at McDonald's confronted her about the matter, explaining that she cannot eat food bought at another establishment inside a competing restaurant. The irate customer filmed the incident, explaining that the person she was with, had bought food from McDonald's and was eating that food. The customer further explained that she would not leave her mate to go and eat elsewhere.
Another employee soon entered the scene to tell the customer the same thing.

The employee attempted to explain that this was against the fast-food establishment's policies to which the customer demanded to see those policies "in black and white".
