The
founder of Rage festival has gone viral for a video in which he blames the
media for its cancellation.
The organiser and founder of both Ballito and Plett Rage festivals, Greg Walsh, has taken to social media to voice his discontent at cancelling the events.

In the video, he starts by saying that the festivals should have never been cancelled and that people should watch and share if they agree.
He goes on to say that it was extraordinary to hear the media lie and spread panic to get more shares and clicks on their content.

He also pushes back against how the media coverage forced him and high-ranking politicians to take actions they didn’t want to.
