WATCH: Sobbing migrant child seeks help after being abandoned
Updated | By Mack Rapapali Nights
A little boy was abandoned in the desert by the group of migrants he was travelling with.
A border patrol agent recorded his encounter with a crying child who had been abandoned in Texas, USA.
The little one can be seen approaching the man and narrating his story and even sharing that he's scared that someone could kidnap him. It appears that the boy came from Mexico and needed assistance after being abandoned near the border. The officer asked the child if his parents were with him when he crossed over and he explained that he came with a group of other migrants but his parents were not with him.

"It's that I was coming with a group and they abandoned me and I do not know where they are at," the child told the officer in Spanish.
The agent asked the boy if he had been instructed to ask for help and the frightened boy replied, "no, I am coming because if I did not, where am I going to go? Somebody could abduct me, kidnap me. I am scared."
The heartbreaking issue is one many other unaccompanied minors have had to suffer while crossing the border into the US.
