Lexi Larson took to social media to tell the story of how she was fired for making a TikTok about how she got a pay rise.

In the video, she explains that her new employers at the time fired her because she posted videos about how she increased her salary from R1-million to R1.5-million.
Larson went on to say that she asked the company whether she had violated any policies, but they only said that she posed a ‘security risk’ because of her TikTok account.

People were very supportive and commented: “I’m so sorry this happened and I’m so happy you’re speaking out! You deserved so much better”.
