It looks like this new year’s resolution will not be fulfilled...
A video posted on TikTok by the user @angelicaexplainsitall has been going viral because it shows her trying out her resolution.

She opens the video saying that she has decided to finish the whole year without using dating apps and going out alone.
The video then shows her going out to various bars, where she gets sadder in each clip until she is in tears at the end.

People felt sympathetic to her and commented: “So proud of you. It’s not easy. Hang in there. You can do this. It requires a lot of trial and effort and pushing yourself to say hi to others.”
