Would you give back money that nobody knows you found?
Vicky Umodu is an American woman who bought a couch on craigslist and to her surprise, there was R557 000 ($36 000) hidden in one of the pillowcases.

She had just moved into her new home and was looking for furniture on a few online platforms when she found the couch. When checking it out and she found the money and what she did sure shook a lot of people.
Being the honest person that she is, Umodu opted to give the money back to the owner. The question that follows would be, how did the seller know what was on their couch right?

Turns out she managed to buy the couch, and have it delivered quickly as the actual owner had died and the family was liquidating the property. The family thanked her for her honesty and rewarded her with R36 000 which she then bought a fridge with.
