A 27-year-old male suffered critical injuries after he was involved in an almost fatal motorcycle accident in a town called Mahalingapur, in the southern state of Karnataka, India.

After the crash, the man was admitted to a private hospital with severe injuries, taken to the intensive care unit. Doctors shortly after declared him dead. The man was eventually taken off his ventilator.

Soon after, the family began to make preparations for him to be moved to a government hospital where his post-mortem examination would take place. It was at this hospital that one of the pathologists noticed the body moving on the autopsy table!
