#BUILDING BLOCKS - Now that we are done with the detox we need to start eating healthy wholesome meals.
Here are three meals you can easily prepare from the comfort of your own kitchen.
Breakfast - Protein Breakfasts = Eggs bacon or frittatas
Lunch - Chicken Salad, Tuna Salad with cauliflower and couscous
Dinner - Grilled Sirloin Steak with Cauliflower or Butternut
