Blue Bulls Ivan van Zyl, Lizo Gqoboka, Cornal Hendricks and Juandre Kruger joined the Scenic Drive to share more about how they will handle the 21-day lockdown.
The Blue Bulls rugby stars are currently self-isolating after President Cyril Ramaphosa announced a national lockdown.

Ivan van Zyl, Lizo Gqoboka, Cornal Hendricks and Juandre Kruger joined the Scenic Drive to share how they will keep themmselves fit and mentally heathtly while being isolated since 16 March.
Ivan van Zyl
"The virus broke out when we were in Australia. A lot of people were aware of it. When it started to become serious - it was the last and it was cancelled. The moment we got back - we immediately got tested. We were all clean.
"While in isolation - I train at home. My garage is now a gym. Now is the time to reach a new goal or even read a book," Van Zyl.
Lizo Gqoboka
"We must look at all the good things that can come out of this. It is time to stand with our loved ones. We are always travelling - so I am just looking at the positive things to do.
"I will read a lot. So I will read my books. I will also do a lot of exercising at home," Gqboka.
Cornal Hendricks
"It's unusual to spend so much time at home so I am happy to be at home with my kids," Hendricks.
Juandre Kruger
"It's family time. Now it's also time to do some work around the house," Kruger.
