Bodybuilder flips the lid of a jar which couldn't be open for five years
Bodybuilders Rochelle Diedericks and Lee Binks joined Rian van Heerden to talk about what inspired them to become bodybuilders.
Rochelle Diedericks is a bodybuilder who started to participate in competitions in 2015. For years, she was overweighted and deciced that she needs to change it.
Diedericks is currently the strongest lady in South Africa. She is also the 11th strongest lady in the world. Diedericks is on her way to Florida, where she will take place in another competition.
She can pull a 4-ton truck, lift 120kg Ford Fiesta, and a 75kg stone ball.
Diedericks is so strong, that she open a jar with pickled onion is, which was unable to be open for over five years.
Lee Binks started bodybuilding as a way to get stronger and healthy. Brink's biggest goal was to become healthier.
She was diagnosed with cancer and decided to change her lifestyle. She stopped eating junk food and started training. She was fascinated by bodybuilding and decided to start training even harder.
She now found her passion and is now a champion in this sport.
