Media mogul Bonang Matheba shared the exciting moment on social media.

For months, shops, schools, restaurants, and other public spaces closed their doors to prevent the spread of the deadly virus.

After months, restrictions were eased, for livelihoods and the economy to continue as normal.

Pharmaceutical companies across the world worked endlessly to develop a safe vaccine. Multiple vaccines were developed and are currently being rolled out across the globe.
People across the world are celebrating their moment when they get vaccinated by posting it on social media. Media mogul, Bonang Matheba, is one of those who celebrated the moment on social media.

On Thursday, 27 May, Bonang shared that she has been vaccinated while in New York City for a business vacation.
In the video, the nurse administrating the vaccine pulls down Matheba’s sleeve, swabs her arm, and says, “That’s good, relax that arm. Alright here we go, one small step for mankind”, before injecting Bonang with the COVID-19 vaccine.
