A
geometry teacher who was challenged to make the subject less boring brought out
some impressive 90s dance moves to do the trick!

Teachers can sometimes get the best out of their students by challenging them on a subject that is of mutual interest. If a teacher can meet students on their level, then half the work is done.
For Mr Austen, a geometry teacher, this meant accepting a fun dance challenge from his class. When a student walked into class and said the subject was boring, Mr Austen said “Would it help if I breakdanced?”

The student, named Natalie, said 'yes it would'. She also offered her teacher an apple pie if he could pull it off. Mr Austen was more than up for the challenge.
This teacher just won himself months of street cred with the students with that expertly executed worm!
And if you’re wondering if he ever got that pie, there is evidence of him turning a slice of dessert into a charming maths lesson.
