Candice Ellison's story of hope amid Krugersdorp murder nightmare

Candice Ellison was at first a drug addict before her fiancé was killed by the Krugersdorp Cult Killers, but that did not stop her from starting over.
Candice Ellison and her fiancé, Jarod Jackson, were homeless for years and addicted to heroin.

They wandered from place to place and then they met Cecilia Steyn, who was the mastermind behind all the Krugersdorp Cult Killings.
Steyn took them in and helped them.

When Ellison was over eight months pregnant, Jackson just suddenly disappeared.
Ellison opened a missing person's case at the police.
Steyn helped to look for Jackson, but she was the mastermind behind the killing of Jackson.

Le Roux Steyn, who was part of Cecilia's gang, put a rope around Jackson's neck and killed him. His body was later burned in a car.
After the tragic death of Jackson, Ellison was referred to The Cradle Of Hope, a rehab facility.
Ellison is now rehabilitated and is the manager of The Cradle Of Hope.
Ellison visited the Scenic Drive with Rian to talk about her journey of hope.
