The Cannabis Expo: Experts share information and products with the Scenic Drive

The cannabis industry is exploding, and The Cannabis Expo provides the perfect platform for international and local medical health professionals, agricultural providers and lifestyle brands to engage with industry experts and the public around this versatile plant.

The Cannabis Expo is the largest trade and consumer expo of its kind on the African continent.

Experts Renske Manson, Anthony Cohen, Tumi Mokgautsi and Clifford Giesenow joined the Scenic Drive to chat more about the legalisation and health benefits of CBD oil and products. 

"Using CBD oil in beauty and wellness products can’t get you high, but it’s coveted for other reasons. When used in skin-care products, the ingredient’s anti-inflammatory properties may help calm and soothe irritation, reduce breakouts and moisturize without clogging pores.

"CBD oil is rich in vitamins A, C, and E, which stimulate collagen and the cells responsible for keeping skin firm and healthy. Studies have found that CBD may lessen pain by reducing inflammation in the body’s endocannabinoid system, which regulates immune system responses in the nervous system," Manson. 

"Our products are 100% natural with no added preservatives. Our CBD oils are extracted with no added chemicals to preserve the natural benefits of using our products," Mokgautsi.

The Workshop at The Cannabis Expo, open to all visitors, hosts talks from industry experts every half-hour throughout the event on interesting and informative cannabis-related topics.
