'Creepy' cop investigated for secretly photographing women in the club

A police officer in Houston is under investigation after he was caught surreptitiously photographing women at a Drake concert.
Security guards at big concerts can be quite rigid and have been known to spoil the fun for some people in the past, but generally their presence is appreciated. After all, if there are no policemen or security guards, who's to say the night won't end very badly?
But what if the people who are supposed to be making sure everything goes smoothly are also the people who are making the concert environment uncomfortable?
Chalice Williams, who was attending the Drake concert in question, caught one of the policemen present surreptitiously photographing women. The man snaps an unauthorised photo of the woman's behind and then goes through the gallery on his phone, zooming into the picture, presumably to check that he got everything he wanted in the frame.
Chalice could not believe the police officer's behaviour, and pulled the woman who had been photographed aside to tell her what happened. According to Chalice, the woman found the incident amusing: "She laughed & asked me to text her videos, so if it makes y’all feel any better she doesn’t feel violated. [sic]"
The Houston Police Department has condemned the police officer's actions and vowed to take disciplinary action.
We are aware of a video that shows actions of one of our officers at a concert last evening. Although HPD has not received a formal complaint, we have launched an internal investigation.
