Every now and again we need a little positive news and this will definitely put a smile on your face.
A story broke over the weekend of a cross country athlete that collapsed just before the finish line during the SA cross-country club championships.
16 year old athlete Mpho Mitchell, seemed to have experienced difficulties during the race when 17 year old, Rustenburg athlete Ronen Oosthuizen, stopped to helped Mpho to his feet and supported him to the finish line.

Photos of the incident appeared on social media and South African's were overwhelmed by Oosthuizen gesture.
