Entrepreneur Marnus Broodryk talks elections and small business

South African entrepreneur Marnus Broodryk made a video about who all South Africans should be voting for - and it is worth a watch.
Author, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker Marnus Broodryk is well known as a South African changemaker that sets out to grow small businesses.

He is also known for his best-selling book, '90 Rules for Entrepreneurs'.
Broodryk, who invests a lot of time in motivating upcoming entrepreneurs, recently posted a video on Twitter about the upcoming elections. Broodryk mentioned that all political parties are promising jobs for the citizens of South Africa - but he wanted to know where these jobs will be coming from.

According to Broodryk, the government is already over-employed. He further mentions that companies are bragging about how they are using technology and replaying or redeploying employees.

So who will be providing these jobs?
The small business owners of this country. "They are the ones who are employing and making the biggest difference."
Marnus pleaded that, whoever you vote for this upcoming elections, you will support small business because they are the only ones who can make a change, grow the economy, and create real jobs.
