This fight on a train ended in a strangely heartwarming gesture

When a fight breaks out on public transport, passengers can be forgiven for fearing the worst. But in this case, the two brawlers ended their dispute quite amicably.
Passengers in a train cabin are usually only focused on one thing: getting to their destination without having to deal with any drama from fellow passengers taking up too much space, talking too loudly, or eating horrible-smelling food.

For the passengers on one train in Sydney, Australia, there was an added concern: how to get through their journey without becoming collateral damage of a fight that broke out between two men.
In a video shot by a passenger, the two men are shown arguing heatedly before the incident escalates and becomes physical:
Other passengers who did not want to get in the middle of the fight can be seen quietly and quickly making their way to a different cabin.

The inaudible speech of the man in blue raises suspicions that he may be drunk, which might account for his rowdiness. It is undeniable that it is the man in pink who escalated the situation, as he jumped up to throw the first punch. But in a bizarre twist of events, the man in pink is also the one who initiated the truce.
'If you don't mean it, then I don't mean it', he says. The two then hug it out, and all is forgiven.
