Meghan Markle had a miscarriage in July 2020, making her current pregnancy high-risk.

On Friday, Buckingham Palace announced that His Royal Highness, Prince Philip, husband of Queen Elizabeth II, had passed away.
His Royal Highness passed away peacefully at Windsor Castle.
READ: No State Funeral for Prince Philip
Prince Philip will not have a State Funeral nor lie in state for the public to pay their respects ahead of his funeral. These were the wishes of the late Royal.
“The funeral will not be a State Funeral and will not be preceded by a lying-in-state. His Royal Highness’s body will lie at rest in Windsor Castle ahead of the funeral in St George’s Chapel. This is in line with custom and with His Royal Highness’s wishes,” Sunday Times reported.

Exact details of who will be attending the funeral were not released, but among those present will be Prince Harry, whose explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey alongside wife Meghan Markle last month plunged the royal family into its greatest crisis in decades.
The Duchess of Sussex, who is pregnant with the couple's second child, will not attend on doctor's advice, the palace said.
In 2020, Markle revealed that she had a miscarriage.
