'It's okay to be vulnerable and insecure' - Vernon Barnard talks new music video

Vernon Barnard shows a side we have never seen in his new music video.
Three years ago, Vernon Barnard from Worcester in the Western Cape made headlines after he auditioned for 'The Voice SA'.
His emotional audition and story inspired the whole of South Africa. Barnard made it to the semi-final of the competition.

After 'The Voice SA', his career grew from strength to strength. Now, he is a South African household name and performs across the country.
On Friday, the young singer released a brand new cover music video for 'Karoline - All I Want'. According to Barnard, this is one of his favourite songs.

He posted the brand new song on social media and wrote:
'The moments when we realise it’s ok to feel. For the times that we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, to be insecure and open to emotional expression... Maybe it’s the most beautiful thing about us and also the best definition of humanity. We don’t have to always be in control. For resisting the moments that temporarily break us, is also resisting the necessary process for permanent growth and healing.'
