Jennifer Lopez reveals the problems she faced in her 20s
Updated | By The Afternoon Drive
The 52-year-old singer and actress has shared details of a difficult period in her 20s when she was working excessive hours and getting by on less than five hours of sleep.
Jennifer Lopez, also known as J.Lo , is an American dancer, actor, and singer. She debuted as a Fly Girl dancer on 'In Living Color' in 1991 and continued to feature there regularly until she made the decision to pursue acting in 1993. Her milestones far precede her career in the entertainment industry.
Needless to mention, working those long hours and putting in all that work would certainly take a toll on anyone. The American entertainer wrote in her newsletter that her wellness philosophy has become "about pro-living versus anti-aging".

Lopez wrote: "Until one day, I was sitting in a trailer, and all the work and the stress it brought with it, combined with not enough sleep to recuperate mentally, caught up with me."
"I went from feeling absolutely normal to thinking about what I needed to do that day, and all of a sudden I felt as if I couldn't move," she continued.
