A jobless Karoo woman wins the R31-million Lotto jackpot

According to Ithuba, the winning ticket was purchased at Dahley & Khandaker by a woman from Oudtshoorn. She invested R40 and chose to manually select her numbers. The winner told Ithuba that she had been looking forward to this day because the most she had ever won was R150.
The winner said she was at home when she went online to check her numbers and learned she had won all that cash.
