According to TimeOut, 7th Street in Melville has made the cut for one of the world's coolest streets, taking 12th position.

Every year TimeOut asks thousands of people around the globe to participate in a poll - to discover the coolest places to live, work and play.

This year’s Time Out Index decided to go even more local by asking over 27,000 city-dwellers which specific streets they think are the coolest in the world.
Another South African street that made the list was Main Road, in Kalk Bay, Cape Town, which took 22nd spot.
