To help you stick to your goals and resolutions for 2019, we have roped in the help of two experts.

JeremyBayer is a Counselling Psychologist, who has experience in the education, business, and NGO sectors as well as working with various parastatals and government departments. He is currently an ambassador for the Thuli Madonsela Foundation, where he educates various communities on mental health as well as addressing issues like the lack of access to mental healthcare services.
