Make My Monday Follow-Up: Body transformation for woman after pregnancy

A Scenic Drive listener received a 12-week transformation challenge with supplements, exercise program, personal trainer and eating plan.
After her pregnancy, Rianah Pietersen from Roodepoort is in desperate need of a body transformation.
Pietersen wrote to the Scenic Drive in the hope of changing her life and body in 2021.
"I really need help losing weight after a pregnancy," Pietersen said.

"I would love to do a 12-week transformation challenge and I'm asking if you can please assist me with supplements, exercise program and eating plan. I belong to a gym but my body does not seem to be doing what my mind is wanting it to do," she added.
With the help of OUTSurance, Rianah Pietersen will receive a 12-week body transformation challenge with supplements, exercise plan, personal trainer and eating plan worth R5000.
Pietersen started her transformation journey in February.
In June, Rianah Pietersen shared the end results of her transformation journey. Pietersen lost 13 kg.
