Massive snakes spotted in parked car at Evaton Mall

The owner of the car allegedly said that he is a sangoma and that the snakes are his children.
Gauteng MEC of Community Safety Faith Mazibuko and her team spotted the snakes in a car on Monday.
A picture shows how the snake tried to escape from the parked vehicle at Evaton Mall in Emfuleni.

"The snake almost came out of the window at the parking lot in Evaton Mall,” she tweeted.
Her spokesperson, Pinkie Numa, told TimesLIVE on Tuesday morning that the MEC was inspecting COVID-19 compliance in Sharpeville when she made the discovery.

When the owner returned, he was asked whether he had a permit for the snake.
He told officials that he left it at home and offered that they accompany him to retrieve it.
The owner said he is a sangoma, and that the snakes are his kids. There were two snakes in the car.
