Mathys Roets chats to Rian about taking jokes too far

In 2009, Mathys Roets fell and broke both his legs. Today, Roets is in a wheelchair and happier than ever.
Afrikaans singer Mathys Roets joined Rian and the team to talk about whether or not making jokes about certain topics, such as a disabled person, is acceptable.

Mathys advised that sometimes you have to laugh at yourself and at others. He said that if you are disabled and you accept it, you are open to certain jokes, and if you have a sense of humor, you will come across as normal to many people.
Rian agreed and said that we all are human, and we just have to laugh at certain things.
The Scenic Drive listeners also had the opportunity to weigh in on the topic.
