Meet the locals at Prime Time Sports Bar in Kempton Park

The pub caters for everyone - from students to older people.
Prime Time Sports Bar opened 30 years ago. The current owner, Johan Trotské bought the pub 14 years ago.
They host a variety of quiz nights, student nights and on Saturdays, they have a big Sokkie that everyone can join.
Their food, especially their ribs and chips are also very popular.

Our SDD, Quinton visited the pub and met some of the famous locals at the Prime Time Bar in Kempton Park. One of them most famous locals is, Frank Jacobs and his dog Rocky.
Frank Jacobs moved to Kempton Park 25 years ago. The Prime Time Bar is very special for him because he has known the owners for more than 20 years. Frank, who turns 56 on Saturday, enjoys a ice cold beer on a very hot day, but his drink of choice is whiskey and water.
Eddie Marx has been drinking at the Prime Time Bar since the place opened its doors in 1995. He loves the bar because of the vibe and enjoys drinking a cold Windhoek Lager. He's favourite shot is a Jagermeister or a shot of tequila. He visits the bar 6 times a week.
The rose under the thorns is Rykie Watkons. She loves drinking whiskey and water but also likes a Jaggermesiter from time to time. The Prime Time Bar is like her house and she loves to dance.
