Updated | By Scenic Drive With Rian
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, left flowers on the cross for 10-year-old victim Uziyah Garcia when she visited Uvalde, Texas on Thursday to honour the victims of an elementary school shooting that saw the death of 19 young students and two teachers.
On Tuesday, an 18-year-old shooter in a protective vest crashed his car into a ditch near the school, after passing law enforcement, and entering a classroom killing 21 people.

This is not the first for Megan Markle to uphold support to victims. In 2019, the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry paid tribute to the victims of a terrorist attack in Christchurch, New Zealand, where 50 people passed away and plenty sustained serious injuries after a gunman opened fire on two mosques.
