Meghan Markle's half-sister, Samantha Markle, is suing her after her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey. Their father, Thomas Markle, supports her decision and will testify against her.
Thomas Markle said he supported his daughter Samantha Markle in her lawsuit against her half-sister, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle.

On March 3, Samantha Markle, 57, filed a defamation lawsuit against Meghan Markle following comments the Duchess made about her family during her interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Samantha claims that Meghan falsely spun a tale about "rags to royalty" and lied to the press, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

TMZ reported that the Duchess lied about Samantha changing her last name back to Markle after Meghan started dating Prince Harry. According to court documents viewed by the outlet, Meghan's harsh words hurt the sales of her autobiography, prevented her from getting jobs, and caused her emotional and mental distress.
