Since it was released shortly after their debut album, "Omunye" has had fans of Distruction Boyz losing their minds on the dance floor.
Each year, as the festive season rolls around, South African music producers compete fiercely for the "Song of the Year" title.
The Distruction Boyz, a Gqom duo from Durban, have already got the title in the bag. The release of their debut album, Gqom is the Future placed them firmly at the top of the playlists of DJs all over the country.
The track which has got people all over the country dancing the night away is "Omunye". The song has crossed SA's borders into Namibia, where it made quite an impact on partygoers.
