Philicity Reeken wears her late mother's vintage blouse
Philicity Reeken is honouring her late mother by wearing a 30-year-old blouse.
Owning something special from someone you loved will always keep their memories alive.
In February, Philicity Reeken sadly lost her mother due to COVID-19. For the past few weeks, Philicity has been busy sorting out her late mother's house and she found a very special clothing piece that belonged to her mother; an old blouse which is over 30 years old.

"When I was a young girl, I can remember my mom wearing this beautiful blouse to church. It was so beautiful," Philicity said. While I was cleaning out and sorting out her house, I found this blouse and it brought back so many special memories of my mother."
"Today, I decided to wear it, so I'm honouring my mother for everything she did," she added.
