Ouma Hilda from Cape Town treated the homeless for her 84th birthday celebration.
Ouma Hilda Claasen from Cape Town turned 84 and decided to celebrate her birthday with homeless people at the Town Centre.
Classen treated her guests to a warm meal, cake, and even had party packs for them.

Ouma Hilda is well-known in her community for feeding those in need on a weekly basis from her own money since her retirement 24 years ago.
Ouma Hilda's passion for helping others started when she worked at a hostel.
When she resigned at 60, she knew she’d spend her life giving back to the community.

Ouma Hilda spoke to the Scenic Drive about her birthday and her love for giving back to those in need.
"I took my pension money and decided to treat the homeless children and people."
"I baked two cakes for them with a glass of cooldrink. That was their pudding," she laughed.
With the help of Mangwanani Spa, the Scenic Drive team was able to surprise Ouma Hilda with a full day of treatments.
